@TPSODL 14 hours powercut is unacceptable in the year 2023. Total ignorance on behalf of @TPSODL ..Restore the problem ASAP. This is worst quality of service. Alternate power supply to be considered.

@TPSODL Itz been more than 12 hours you are unable to restore the power supply.Also did not have the courtesy to supply from alternate grid like Boudh atleast for the night.We suffered the whole night. What good are you doing being a private firm.
