@MichealMartinTD What would be helpful to those without electricity for days if there were spots provided where people can get hot water in flasks, or hot soup. It's done in other EU countries during emergencies, why can't it be done here? People are left on their own.

@SimonHarrisTD@SOLASFET Don't forget to read to your little one. And show her that you read on your own too. It helps kids to develop appreciation for reading. We are currently reading with my 8 year old Stories for Rebel Girls. We finished volume 1 last night. It's brilliant conversation starter.
@SharonMohamed3@Aldi_Ireland I seen someone posting on FB today that they got yarn and sewing machine. Btw if your 17 year old want sewing machine it may be worth to buy her normal machine of course if it is in your budget. There is few shops in Ireland where you can get good machines
@LeoVaradkar@garavogue No offence but you have no idea how quickly kids grow, especially babies. And if click and collect is avaliable only within 5 km distance there is no shops in my area who do stuff like this. I am lucky I make now majority of our clothes and my child is 8 but others??
