I've been charged ₹590 multiple times for not maintaining ₹10000, ₹1572 for cc annual fee despite i cancelled my card and all you are directly deducting from my balance.

Sitting abroad expecting a delightful experience from kotak bank is just not working out.
Very bad experience @udaykotak while maintaining my account with Kotak, many unwanted charges directly getting deducted from my account. Kindly look into it

@BSNLCorporate I requested for a new broadband connection for my home at Kota, Rajasthan 4 weeks ago and received a call from your exec before a week stating a team would come and install the connection. It's been more than a week and I couldn't see anyone.
