@udmawb Online Mutation of property lacks a basic helpdesk to resolve queries as what is missing in my 1yr old application. Why do I have to ping-pong between Assessment dept in Bidhannagar MC and Rajarhat-Gopalpur Borough office to know what's missing? I am hopeful of a reply.

@AirAsiaSupport Could u plz react to my request - @goibibo says u hv not refunded the amount & they r unable to refund in original mode of payment.Plz settle in original mode of payment. I trust both of u r companies of good repute & can honor this pre-lockdown refund. Ref DUEPWS

@goibibo Given that I paid "Cancellation protection premium"(insurance), shouldn't it be valid irrespective of COVID-19 & cancellation was done on 22/3/2020 well ahead of Lockdown on 25/3/2020 & even ahead of announcement by PM on 24/3/2020. It is a simple pre-COVID cancellation.

My ticket,PNR DUEPWS, was cancelled by me, ur site shows REFUNDED on 22/3/2020 but hv not received it yet. Despite paying Goibibo Charges (Convenience fees (+) Cancellation protection premium ) : Rs.6643, why is the refund not credited? Email&ph calls are unanswered!

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport #flipflop Placed order on 16April & paid online - No order num generated. Flipkart suppt informed over Twitter & every 2days later they call to ask for 2more days to resolve issue #flipflop. A week over but no sight of refund! @_Kalyan_K 25by2020!!

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport #flipflop Asked for refund &same std txt by flipflop suppt! Today's call said they will need 1more day to get back and am sure they will ask for 2more days to address this 'technical issue'. @_Kalyan_K I guess your customers deserve a better experience!
