If your 18-30.
You don't understand the power you have.
No kids. No wife. Time to F up. Your parents are good. No responsibilities. No bills. High energy with no effort. Zero expectations.
You should be living in a cheap AF studio apartment, working 14 hour days and going ALL in balls out risk on your dreams.
None of the above are a burden. Simply as you age your responsibility as a man is to take care of those in your tribe. That responsibility grows as you build a family and your parents age.
Past 35 the studio apartment and living on Ramen and starting that dream video game company you always wanted...That'll be a bit harder.
You will never have the chance to be such a high energy reckless fook ever again.
Don't waste it playing video games and drinking with the boys.
Build an unshakeable foundation of skill and business prowess doing something you love that you can count on for the rest of your life.
Most don't. You'll start to notice (and see the huge cost) as you near 40. It's not cute.
The biggest skill you can develop is the ability to reset fast.
Bad conversation? Move on.
Bad day? Start fresh tomorrow.
Missed workout? Hit it the next day.
Poor decision? Learn and adjust.
You can't control what happens to you, but you control how long you let it affect you.
You will find yourself again.
Not the version people expected.
Not the version you became to fit in.
The version that finally feels like you.

🔥⚫ Neurodivergent burnout feels like losing access to yourself. The skills, words, and energy you once had vanish. Even simple tasks feel impossible. Noise is louder, emotions heavier, focus gone. You shrink your world just to survive the day.
I’m autistic, ADHD, gifted, and often anxious. I love my strengths and use them pretty well, but my mind never rests, my senses overwhelm me, and worry clings like glue. The constant intensity is exhausting. I’m tired. 😔
