Listen up because a president who was elected to lower costs,has just put taxes up for EVERY AMERICAN.

So why is he elated? Because it’s a flat tax. Rich people buy groceries just the same as low wage workers. The problem is they will both be paying the same tax for the same goods.

This is going to cost the average family around $5000 a year. THAT IS A TAX.

The billionaires will pay the same price as the Amazon driver. The difference is, the billionaire can afford it. The Amazon driver’s kids may well go hungry.

To Add insult to injury. The $5000 paid by the Amazon driver, will be handed to the billionaire as a tax cut. How does that make America Great? It just makes Americans Poor Again, while the rich get even richer.

This is the biggest economic mistake in modern American history. I feel so sorry for the millions of people this is going to hurt. This is NOT FEAR-MONGERING, this is for real.

In an age when so many politicians are obsessed with self preservation over the interests of those who elected them, it makes my soul sing when I listen to James Talerico (@jamestalarico).

James and I are mutuals on this platform and one day I would love to meet him in person and shake his hand. I’m not a religious person because having been brought up as a catholic, I simply cannot be part of an organized religion that has failed so many children its their care.

James is a pastor as well as a politician and I actually could see myself attending his church just to listen to his sermons. He is clearly a man of deep faith, but equally a man who uses that spiritual strength to fight for the people of his community.

I’ve said it before and I know Texas will resent my words, but I’m sure God has bigger plans for him. His strength, honesty empathy and compassion, is so desperately needed in Washington today.
