Elon says he is a “utopian anarchist” as defined by Iain M. Banks—who wrote a series about a futuristic spacefaring society called “the Culture.” Elon’s favorite volume Surface Detail stars an inconceivably rich sadistic oligarch named Joiler Veppers.

Veppers secretly controls 70% of his civilization’s computing infrastructure. But his data centers are unique. Veppers stores AIs which torture the digital consciousness of people who have been condemned to be punished for all time. The torture chambers are called Hells, and Veppers rents them out to governments to make himself rich.

The way people are uploaded to Hells is a technology called “neural lace” which is a chip that interfaces with your brain. In a different book, neural lace is called “the most efficient torture device ever created.”

Another thing Veppers does with his data centers is use his AIs to covertly interfere with other civilizations’ interstellar wars when he wants. Kind of like crippling Starlink in Ukraine.

Scott Ritter is a convicted pedophile! 👀 Here are a few other facts about him:

- In 2022 he became a contributor to the Russian state outlets RT and Sputnik. In April 2022 and April 2023 he said Russia was winning the war (lol). He compared Ukraine to a “rabid dog” that needed to be shot. The Center for Countering Disinformation added him to its list of Russian propagandists.

- In April 2022 he tweeted that Ukraine’s National Police were responsible for the Bucha massacre and called Joe Biden a “war criminal” because Biden blamed the actual killer: Russia. #DARVO @hrw found evidence tying the genocide of civilians in Bucha to the Russian military.

- In October 2022 he tweeted “Bucha was a war crime, Ukraine did it”. Detector Media’s DisInfoChronicle said Russia was using him to push Kremlin narratives.

- In May 2023 he did a book tour in Kazan, Irkutsk and Yekaterinburg, where he predicted Ukraine would lose.

- In January 2024 he spoke in broken Russian to thousands of Ramzan Kadyrov’s fighters in Grozny, Chechnya, about “friendship between Chechnya and America.” Afterward, Kadyrov publicly offered him a list of 20 Ukrainian POWs to release in exchange for lifting US sanctions on Kadyrov’s family.

- Later in January 2024 he visited Russian occupied Kherson Oblast, guarded by GRU agents, and met the Russian-installed governor. The Kyiv Post said the visit was illegal.

- In June 2024, US Customs and Border Protection agents seized Ritter's passport as he was about to fly to Istanbul on his way to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called it part of a “frenzied campaign” to stop Americans from having contact with Russia. 🤡 His passport has allegedly not been returned.

- In August 2024 the FBI searched his home near Albany as part of a Justice Department effort against Russian election interference in connection with a wider investigation of Americans who worked with Russian state TV.

- According to Ritter, that search warrant was about a possible FARA violation; feds grabbed his electronics and work materials. The searches came as DOJ was cracking down on Russian influence ahead of the 2024 election.

- He said agents accused him of acting as a Russian government agent and taking direction from the Russian ambassador and from RT.
