@NCAA you need to check your football refs' credibility. Navy has top tier discipline on offense, but all of a sudden there is a significant amount of flags against them when they play against Memphis (all while Memphis has gotten away with pretty much everything but murder). Sad

@USAA I think you need to review how insurance works. If I have something insured by you, it gets damaged in some way, and repairs are thousands of dollars, you are on the hook to pay for the repairs. That's how insurance works.
