@umcjustice Asylum is legal when the proper procedures are followed. When that happens there are no deportations. Instead of encouraging the breaking of laws, why can't we as the UMC respect those God has put in charge of us? Romans 13:1. Let's follow God instead of movements and emotions.

We have loved this on this guy and he knows we do not have to agree to love him. In fact he is an "uncle" to my kids. My two older ones know and they feel the same way. I think a large majority of my church would be horrified to hear everything that is being done with our apportionments! The struggle is getting them active about it. They are struggling with GC2019 still bc there is still uncertainty

I didn't grow up in the UMC, and because of Jenny I am seeing things that desperately need attention. I follow her and UMC pages to make sure I never miss the dastardly deeds they try to get away with.

Sometimes it's blocking out the world while focusing on nothing but the air entering and leaving the lungs to slow down your heart about to beat out of your chest. Sometimes it's something as simple as a smell or a sound that sends you spiraling into a panic.
