It has been a sad weekend in Lake County!

.@CaseyDeSantis and I are saddened to hear of the attack on three deputies from the Lake County Sheriff's Office on Friday night. Please join us in praying for the family, friends, and colleagues of Master Deputy Sheriff Bradley Link, who was killed in the line of duty. This hero made the ultimate sacrifice to help keep his community safe.

Two other deputies were injured while bravely responding to the attack. We are praying for their full recovery, and our thoughts are with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office following this tragedy.

The three individuals who ambushed the deputies in Eustis are dead, and the individual who led the deputies to the ambush has been detained.
