Would be lovely if parents kept their children isolated until they're ready to engage with every aspect of the world but that's never happening, so people who are around in the spaces the minors show up in have to be good role models and not harass or lust after them. This includes when they wear swimwear, which is the reason this discourse started, a minor wore a swimsuit and posted photos.
