Here’s a simple and effective recipe for cooking frozen burgers (store-bought frozen patties):
How to Cook Frozen Burgers
Servings: As many as you need
Time: 12–15 minutes
Ingredients
• Frozen burger patties (do not thaw)
• Salt & black pepper
• Oil or butter (for the pan)
• Burger buns
• Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.
Best Method: Pan-Fried (Recommended)
1. Heat the pan Place a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add a little oil or butter.
2. Cook the frozen patties Place the frozen burgers directly into the hot pan. Cook for 5–6 minutes on the first side without moving them.
3. Flip and season Flip the burgers. Season the cooked side with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5–6 minutes on the second side.
4. Add cheese (optional) In the last 1–2 minutes, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cover the pan with a lid so the cheese melts.
5. Check doneness The internal temperature should reach 71°C (160°F) for safety. The burgers should be nicely browned on the outside.
6. Rest Remove the burgers from the pan and let them rest for 2–3 minutes before assembling. This keeps them juicy.
7. Assemble Toast the buns if desired, then build your burger with your favorite toppings and sauces. ————————————— Juicy cheeseburger with melted cheese, fresh veggies & crispy fries – always a winner!

✅ Creamy Penne with Ham and Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
• 400g penne pasta
• 200g ham or bacon, diced
• 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
• 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
• 250–300ml heavy cream (or cooking cream)
• 50g grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for serving)
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Optional: a pinch of chili flakes or Italian herbs
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta Boil the penne in salted water according to the package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
2. Cook the ham Heat 1 tbsp olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the diced ham and cook until lightly crispy (about 4–5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the zucchini In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil/butter. Add the sliced zucchini and cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly golden and tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Make the sauce Pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer. Add the cooked ham back in. Season with salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly. If it’s too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water.
5. Combine Add the drained penne to the sauce and toss everything together until well coated. Cook for 1–2 minutes on low heat.
6. Serve Plate immediately and top with extra grated Parmesan and fresh black pepper.
Pro Tips:
• Don’t overcook the zucchini — it should still have a little bite.
• For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cream sauce.
• You can use bacon instead of ham for a smokier taste. ———————————— Creamy penne with ham and zucchini in a rich sauce – simple and comforting!
