"There exists only one real biological manifestation: the living individual; and toward single individuals, one by one observed, education must direct itself."
“Not in the service of any political or social creed should the teacher work, but in the service of the complete human being, able to exercise in freedom, a self-disciplined will and judgement, unperverted by prejudice and undistorted by fear.”
MARIA MONTESSORI
Parents who have enrolled their children in a Montessori school deserve to know that Montessori organizations are turning political by promoting the social justice movement.
Social justice is the antithesis of the Montessori Method, which recognizes that each child is an individual with his own self-created character. Social justice has its roots in Marxism, viewing people as members of either oppressed or oppressive groups with innate characteristics.
There are Montessori schools pushing queer pedagogy, drag pedagogy, gender transition, restorative justice, revisionist history, and fake pronouns. The schools are hiding this indoctrination from parents.
Although not every Montessori school is going “woke,” it is the trend. Any Montessori school who has injected social justice into their classrooms has abandoned the Montessori Method—and by extension, has abandoned the child.
This book sounds the alarm. Montessorians need to reverse course immediately, or Montessori will eventually collapse along with the likes of John Dewey's Progressive Education.

Please help me save Montessori. Take or send the book to a Montessori school, a Montessori training center, a Montessori teacher, the media, a podcast, etc. Put pressure on Montessori institutions to return to authentic Montessori. Let people know what is happening. Post it on social media. Let people know what is happening. Get the word out!
The 250th birthday of our country is approaching and this is the book you should be reading to your children or grandchildren. Here is a 30 second video that explains what the book is about. https://t.co/WNiQtpoBhu
“…all great achievements in culture and in the arts, all sciences and industries that have brought benefit to humanity, are due to the work of men who often struggled in obscurity and under conditions of great hardship; men driven by a profound passion, by an inner fire, to create with their research, with their work, new benefits not only for the people who lived in their times, but also for those of the future."
–Maria Montessori From Childhood to Adolescence, page 63
Kindness does not come from the heart. It comes from the brain.
The heart represents love which is an emotion, but emotions do not come first and they do not occur for no reason. Emotions are based on value judgements; they are based on evaluations and conclusions that a person makes about what is good for his life and what is detrimental. Those evaluations and conclusions are made by thinking and there is only one place where thinking takes place and that is in the brain.
Love is an emotional reaction to that which is highly valued. One can only be kind if one values human life. In order to value human life, one first has to value one’s own life, then loved ones, then a regard for all human life. You cannot love that which you do not value.
Shots were fired at the White House Correspondence Dinner tonight. Was this just another "coincidence?" How many more evasions will be made for all these "coincidences" ? Attempts to kill people on our side are no coincidences. Marxism has an ideology--the ideology of violence. As Michael Hurd said, "This is what civil war looks like."
My latest video--Should Montessori Be Using Positive Discipline?
An increasingly popular approach to discipline is positive discipline, a socially based approach to managing behavior. It is based on the premise that a child’s primary goal is to feel like he “belongs” to his social group and that he misbehaves when he doesn’t feel accepted by them. Montessori, in contrast, is a reality-based approach, where the child learns how to concentrate by focusing on the pursuit of knowledge which results in self-discipline, happiness and good behavior.
In order to determine the proper educational methods for behavior, it is imperative that the facts about the child's nature be understood, because if the child's nature is not understood, the discipline approach will be flawed. Which approach is the right one?
