On Wednesday, nine (9) armed suspects forced open security doors at a jewellery store in Festival Mall, Kempton Park.

The suspects broke open display cases and made off with a large amount of items.

According to Kempton Park SAPS spokesperson, Sergeant Dipuo Ditshego around R4-million worth of jewellery was taken.

“No shots were fired and the get away vehicle used by the men is unknown.”

Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact 08600 10111.
