1/2 The South Norwood Beer Festival will be back in Stanley Arts from 29 September to 1 October 2022.
Admission £10 - CAMRA members will receive £7 of beer vouchers and the loan of a glass; non-members will receive £5 of beer vouchers and the loan of a glass.

Next campaign meeting of Save The Glamorgan will take place on Thursday 1st September @ 7.30pm. This will be via Zoom, and a link will be sent to all subscribers.

@Dorking_Brewery @TheCronxBrewery @CroydonCAMRA @CroydonSean Not really. All I can see is they have removed all the metal screening from the windows and doors and replaced with OSB. Seems to be a new lock too.

The plan now is to have a meeting in September at the Town Hall, subject to any Covid restrictions at the time, followed by a social event in a local pub afterwards. The new date will be finalised by the end of this month and publicised to everyone accordingly.

SCHEDULED MEETING OF "SAVE THE GLAMORGAN" ON THURS 19 MAY POSTPONED UNTIL SEPTEMBER

The next meeting of our campaign has been postponed due to lack of any news or activity since the last meeting, and to allow the new Council arrangements to "bed-in".

Croydon Council does not have the financial resources to risk a legal battle with developers who have deep pockets. But we remain determined to restore this pub to the community which has supported it for over 180 years. Please join us on Wednesday next week.
