We are honored to receive this grant from the Driehaus Foundation! This grant will allow us to continue working on our alternatives design study - the ONLY plan to date that combines storm damage & shoreline protection with preservation of historic limestone & ADA accessibility.

Thanks to grants from both The National Trust for Historic Preservation's Johanna Favrot Fund & Landmarks Illinois, we are in the process of hiring an historic treatments consultant 🥳
This drone survey was part of McLaren Engineering’s condition study of the limestone revetment - proving that the Point’s revetment can be fixed rather than replaced with concrete.
