The planning application is not yet lodged, so this is not about giving formal objections to the Council - but it is a chance to tell the developer, his architect and planning advisors how you feel about their proposal.

📣 GOOD NEWS!
The Tree Preservation Order on the plots has been made permanent 👍
The vote was a tight 5 votes to 4 at the Council’s Development Management Sub Committee today (having been recommended for rejection by officers).

It’s a small, but significant victory - doesn’t preclude planning permission being given for the development of the Ponds & woodland areas,
but the TPO must be taken into account when planning applications are decided.
