Gutted! The owner just let us know the we've has been broken into, vandalised & items stolen incld the copper bar front, wiring, and an irreplaceable 94-year-old bronze statue from the Mezzanine floor. It's irreplaceable.

It's honestly bizarre that the powers that be wouldn't have supported some of the incredible options for developed to go ahead.
We would love this to be a magic big tick in opening theatre regardless of what happens next door, and their project would no go doubt go a lot smoother without a theatre, but there are no amenities so we need for toilets, lifts for able access, everything that’s legally needed.
