Those who say politics is not their business may eventually discover that the consequences of political decisions have become their business nonetheless.
Politics is not just about politicians; it is about the decisions that affect our daily lives. It influences the quality of our roads, schools, hospitals, security, jobs, and economic opportunities. Whether we choose to participate or not, politics will ultimately affect us.
Our generation must be willing to challenge failed ideas, demand better governance, and support leaders who demonstrate competence, integrity, and genuine commitment to national development. We cannot continue to recycle the same mistakes and expect different outcomes.
Equally troubling is the fact that some young Nigerians continue to advocate for the return or continuation of political systems and practices that have repeatedly failed the nation. The future belongs to the youth, and with that future comes responsibility.
This is not the time for apathy or indifference. It is the time for awareness, involvement, and action. The destiny of our nation depends on what we choose to do today. If we truly desire a better Nigeria, then we must all play our part. The time to get involved is now.
The future of Nigeria cannot be left in the hands of a few while the majority remain spectators. Real change requires active citizenship, civic engagement, and a willingness to speak up when necessary. We must move beyond complaints and become participants in shaping the future.
I will always stand on the side of equity, fairness, and justice. No amount of material gain can ever compel me to sing the praises of those who have undermined our political future. The future of our nation depends on the choices we make and the actions we take today.
THINGS CHANGE WHEN YOU PRAY
Staying in the place of prayer is a fight of faith. It is choosing to focus not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. It is looking beyond the life that is not yet visible, and the prophecies that are yet to manifest, and then lifting your voice in faith.
Scripture says, “Bring forth your strong reasons.” Your conviction in prayer must be anchored in what Christ has already accomplished. The price has been paid; this is your confidence.
When it comes to your destiny and prophecy, you must carry the mindset of a fighter. Things will not change simply because you desire them to; they will change because you pray them to change.
The fight of faith also involves establishing spiritual realities through words, spoken consistently in the place of prayer. Make up your mind: your mouth will not be silent over your destiny. Silence every contrary voice. Reject fear, doubt, and past failures.
Declare boldly:
“Nothing dies in my hands. Nothing fails in my life.”
“I may not see the signs yet, but my life will be filled with results.”
“I will not be small. I will not be few.”
This is how victories are established.
This is the fight of faith.
