I can't believe we got the best lich card in the game... Optional card draw, no losing resources drawback, no losing the game drawback, can activate itself in a pinch. Obviously being a creature is a downside but like, come on, this card is lich but playable.

@MBTYuGiOh This is a change that would take a while but I want more low floor low ceiling grindy decks to be playable. There's a lot of fun to be had playing decks like ghoti that can put up only a few interactions and are beatable but feel rewarding to play and win with.

@LemorasCards I mean, Pact has been fringe playable in modern and legacy as a mainstay in FTK style decks like Oops or Neobrand. So it wouldn't be the most embarrassing thing ever, they hit Spy in Legacy last list so... Things that look like funny bans from the outside happen.
