Last week I got released from Ortho!

Today I had my final PT appointment!

I still have a few weeks in my recovery and have to listen to my knee moving forward in my journey to my full potential!

My incisions have healed enough that I can be taped again!

My extension is back to 0*!

My flexion has went from 79*, 119* to finally 138* this week!

Finally got a ball back in my hands! Hopefully next week I’ll be standing!

Orthopedic Post-Op follow up appointment! I got my stitches removed and was told hopefully 3-4 more weeks of PT!
