You guys seriously have to work on your service center experience.
I’ve change 3 service centers since 2020

1st was Fortune Motors Nerul
2nd was Inderjit Motors Jogeshwari. That was the worst
3rd is Wasan Motors Kandivali West

I got a call from the Wasan Motors Kandivali East service center that my car is ready on 4th Oct’24. I said that I will come on 5th Oct’24.
I went to the service center to take the delivery on 5th Oct’24.

They made me wait for an hour & then at the end I had to leave without the car.
Since 2020 there’s not a single visit to Tata’s service centre which has been good to me.

These are the no.of tickets i’ve raised since 18th Mar’24. No one has come to solve my problem yet. My TV’s mother board needs to be replaced. At the end you will only get the money to replace the part.

When will this get resolved?
