@DrewPavlou I think this is showing we have a societal issue in that some men feel they have licence over womens’ bodies. Unsurprising given the femicide rate in a country where men are exercising licence to take womens’ lives every week. I think it’s an opportunity for EVERYONE to reflect

@RhondaGarad She’s propagating some quite problematic ideology in reality. She has unfairly dismissed fellow students who expressed fear and intimidation about some of the things that were going on on campus + has said people’s feelings are not the primary concern of a democracy

@MZorg979 @strangerous10 Using her flawed rationale, we wouldn’t need to use culturally aware language with our First Nations people, we wouldn’t need to respect an individual’s choice of pronoun and we can dabble in hate speech as much as we like - as people’s feelings don’t matter in a true democracy

A majestic creature killed for fun by a gunshot. This showcases a terrible side of humanity and is not at all impressive nor reflective of any great skill. If the shooter craves a man vs beast contest, she should abandon the gun and battle the giraffe with her bare hands. Let’s See how far she gets

@Kate3015 If he has committed these war crimes he needs to be held to account but I do think the arrest into custody could have occurred in a setting which was not as public as a plane (and also a setting where his children weren’t present)
