Left the UK at the end of Covid for pastures new. Five years later, now a full national & EU passport holder. Seeing how other countries news media portrays the UK and laughs at the hugely stupid mistakes it has made have completely vindicated my decision.
Representation of the People Act 1983, “treating” is considered a corrupt practice. The pre-election period for local authorities will start from the publication of a notice of election, this will be no later than Monday 30 March. This might be considered “treating”.
I seem to have upset the @Nigel_Farage fan club - so let me be clear.
This man sows hate, lies and division.
He is a grifter and a conman.
He does not represent the vast majority of Britons.
RT if you agree
P.s. multiculturalism is great.
Within just 48 hours of the Tories refusing to sack Nick Timothy for his Islamophobic comments, the far-right is circulating a list of MPs “of foreign descent” trying to “silence” him.
This is what happens when racism is normalised from the top: democratically elected representatives being told that we shouldn't be allowed to make decisions here at all, and even that we should leave the country.
It’s a racist attack on our very democracy. Will Nick and his party condemn it?
Oh, dear, oh dear, Zia. Another #Reform FuckUp.
1. Statement is from the Debating Society, not #Bangor University. At the request of the students. One does not represent the other.
2. Threatening funding from a group that disagrees with you is ... very Berlin 1934.
Looks like Reform have made a very big mistake, so big that if they were to win the by-election the result might subsequently be overturned in an election court. And there are very serious repercussions for the candidate and election agent if that were to happen.
There you have it - he wants to use his taxpayer funded budget to subsidise privately owned parking companies, and play politics about it.
Imagine what could be done for the city centre if we weren't giving our tax money to profitable businesses.

🚨🇬🇧 So, Tommy & Ant found one of the few places in London where the 88 bus passes and happened to take a photo just as it went into frame? And then uploaded it.
In neo-N*zi and white supremacist circles, ‘88’ is code for “H*il Hitler”, because H is the 8th letter of the alphabet. So ‘88’ = H.H. = H*il Hitler.
In a post explicitly about “uniting the kingdom” under nationalist ideals, this imagery becomes highly loaded:
🔺Union Jack (British nationalism)
🔺“Unite the Kingdom” (far-right
rhetoric of forced cultural homogeneity)
🔺Bus 88 (H*il Hitler code)
🔺Tommy Robinson (anti-Muslim propagandist)
🔺Any Middleton (ex-military ‘patriot’ figure).
You do the maths.
