@pnbindia , my wife's savings a/c balance has been illegally driven into a negative balance of -₹2,575 due to MAB penalty. This openly violates @RBI Master Circular guidelines which strictly prohibit a negative balance for shortfall in minimum balance.

@pnbindia Furthermore, ₹2,000 has been unauthorizedly deducted from my daughter's account over 2 years. Branch officials flatly refused to assist. Requesting immediate reversal of these wrongful charges. @OmbudsmanRBI
