🧟 What happens when a promising game isn’t quite clicking with players yet?

For Zombie Fortress, the answer wasn’t “add more content” — it was taking a step back, listening to player behavior, and being willing to rethink core systems.

Together with NLABSOFT, we went through multiple gameplay iterations, tested assumptions, and used analytics to better understand where players were struggling and what kept them engaged. The result was a smoother experience, stronger retention, and a game that finally found its rhythm.
