I hope Airbnb goes out of business. They are a main factor as to why housing costs have skyrocketed.

We have an Airbnb in our residential neighborhood. 1,300 sq foot house advertised for 16+ people. Airbnb doesn’t even respond even though they claim to be “good neighbors”

We are definately seeing unlawful short-term lets, which were closed down, going back to being homes again. More importantly, the quality of life for the community is improved as residents don't have to live next door to unpredictable, unstaffed hotels.
