If the @Browns were well-run/routinely successful, 98% of fans wouldn't have an issue with the current stadium. But we've been bad for so long, it's got a decent portion of our fanbase (& of course our owners!) convincing themselves "hmm maybe it's the stadium that's the problem"

Fenway Park is one of the best MLB stadiums. Fun amenities but more importantly a great atmosphere. And from a franchise value standpoint, it is absolutely an asset - it legitimizes the Sox as one of baseball's blue blood organizations. Maybe THIS will resonate with the Haslams!

Although downtown stadiums are usually better, I actually respect the @BuffaloBills for building their new stadium in Orchard Park. That's where their history is, where generations of their fans have gone for games. There's something to that. In Cleveland we're throwing that away
