You honestly can’t rely on anyone but yourself and that’s why you need to get the professional help you deserve, to be able to look after yourself without relying on others.
This stops people from reaching out. How are people supposed to get help if they’re just blamed for their mental illness? Don’t act like you want to help others if you’re going to blame them for what they’re going through.
Don’t let any Christian tell you you’re only depressed because you’re ‘far from God’.. absolute bullshit. If you broke your leg and it didn’t heal without going to the doctors, would that be because you’re ‘far from God’ too?
And on some days, you don’t feel so bad and you have hope that everything is getting better. But it just takes one thing to send you crashing again. This is the cycle of mental illness.
Don't make decisions based on negative thoughts and feelings now that will impact your ability to live in future. This situation will probably change, but your decision to end it won't. Stay strong guys
