Merch for the Alice series could have been huge. What little stuff did get released - like this replica Vorpal Blade - maintains solid collector value ($$$$$). And we had ample opportunity during development on Madness Returns to tap into Chinese production lines for collectables. But all attempts to convince the execs of this notion failed.

So you got a smattering of official stuff. And there's a TON of unofficial stuff out there on Etsy, etc.
