This is too much, can you explain me that what the hell is this “High demand surge charge”, if also you would have imposed this high demand surge charge then you could have kept it at most 10 rupees, 30? You are misusing the monopoly clearly.
@letsblinkit Paid 2 days ago, never got my order. Delivery boy hung up and marked it “received.” No reply from customer care, just auto emails. This is absolute fraud.

Adding to this I had told the customer care about my problem he told that he could only refund 250, I told him that the whole order is affected so I should get the full refund but he insisted on it so I agreed but the money I got refund was in credits and not my original payment
I had ordered two t-shirts on the @maxfashionindia app but on the delivery date I didn't receive the order , what I received is a text MSG from the logistics @XpressBees_IN that I gave the wrong address.
I tried to call the customer care today but no one took the call. I called seven times. As I had already paid, and yet to receive the order I ask for immediate delivery or refund. @maxfashionindia
Yesterday I spoke with customer care of @maxfashionindia they said that I would get an update within 5-6 hours but I didn't receive any update. On the app the order status is "arriving" today and the date is the 19th of September.
