I think you should also talk to them on behalf of us regarding service issues. It’ll help Ola grow more.

@OlaElectric @bhash It's not for fun. I'm forced to switch from EV to Cycle, as I pledged to god that I will never touch an ICE vehicle and your #EndICEAge inspired me. But your WORST SERVICE ever making me cycle 20 km everyday. Shame on u.

Ordered another OLA in Kolkata. But seeing the bad condition of the service I decided to back out, as in Kolkata no one is here to follow-up if anything happens.@OlaElectric it's really shameful that after 2 days I cancelled,No agent called.Plz do process the cancellation.@bhash
