@Snapchat i have emailed and emailed snapchat about my locked account and they say to go to the thing and hit unlock my account because it’s only temporarily locked but it says it’s permanently locked. But when i try to login on the app it says its temporarily locked what do i do

@Snapchat Hi snapchat I keep and keep emailing u guys and u guys answer with no help at all they don’t tell me if i can or can’t get my account back, they can’t tell me what happened. My account got hacked than it got permanently locked and snap does not help. wtf snapchat!

@Snapchat How long does it take you guys to anwser emails? i’ve been waiting to get my account unlocked! one of them says resolved when they aren’t and the other hasn’t been anwsered

@snapchatsupport ok thank you do you think i should just give up and use another account because it seems like i’ve gotten to that point on your snap support website it says you guys can’t unlock permanently locked accounts

@snapchatsupport Hi my account is permanently locked i haven’t done anything wrong i think i got hacked because it says someone logged in from Fruitland UT but i’m really depressed about it cause i have years of memories all of my pictures. are now gone. So please help me!
