Ayaan Saifi’s mother is still fighting for justice for her only son.

In the Trilokpuri area of East Delhi, on 30 April 2026, 16-year-old Ayan Saifi was brutally stabbed to death. According to the family, a group of 6–8 boys surrounded Ayan in a park and attacked him multiple times with knives, resulting in his death on the spot.
Since this incident, Ayan Saifi’s mother has been fighting for justice for her only son. The family alleges that full action has not yet been taken against all the accused involved in this case.
The police have arrested some of the accused in the case, while the family claims that some accused are still absconding and their arrest is still pending.

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने पुलिस कमिश्नरेट प्रणाली में ‘शांति भंग’ संबंधी धाराओं के दुरुपयोग पर सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए महत्वपूर्ण फैसला सुनाया है। न्यायमूर्ति सिद्धार्थ और न्यायमूर्ति विनय कुमार द्विवेदी की खंडपीठ ने मंसूर अहमद की अवैध हिरासत के खिलाफ दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए उन्हें ₹2 लाख मुआवजा देने का आदेश दिया है। अदालत ने निर्देश दिया कि यह राशि संबंधित दोषी तत्कालीन सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त (ACP) के वेतन से वसूली जाए।

अदालत ने गाजियाबाद और प्रयागराज समेत कई जिलों में पुलिस शक्तियों के दुरुपयोग पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश के लिए नए दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं। आदेश के अनुसार, अब शांति भंग की कार्रवाई में बाहरी जमानती की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी और केवल ₹20,000 के पर्सनल बांड पर तत्काल रिहाई दी जाएगी।

हाईकोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि 24 घंटे से अधिक की अवैध हिरासत की स्थिति में राज्य सरकार को पीड़ित को ₹25,000 प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से मुआवजा देना होगा। बाद में यह राशि दोषी अधिकारी के वेतन से वसूल की जाएगी।

अदालत ने प्रयागराज पुलिस कमिश्नर को 14 सितंबर 2026 तक आदेश के अनुपालन की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश भी दिया है।

A 24-year-old Muslim man, Ali Khan, was reportedly beaten to death after a dispute over a train seat in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

According to his family and friends, the argument began when another passenger allegedly tried to take Khan’s seat and claimed links to a right-wing organization.

Although the situation initially appeared to calm down, Khan’s companions say that when the train stopped at Bordehi railway station around midnight, a group of men pulled him off the train while chanting religious slogans and assaulted him on the platform, leading to his death.

Police have opened an investigation, but authorities have not yet announced any arrests.
