Cloud computing implies High Availability (HA). Starting with VM's, Microsoft has an SLA to ensure VM's are available for a % of time. There are many different ways to configure your VM's and hence get a different SLA.

@RassieRugby Currently the 9 kicks mostly from behind the loose. We can vary this with the 9/10 kicking. I believe this will cause uncertainty with the opposition as you defend these differently so they need to cover both 9/10 😜
