I had my 3rd graders write letters to themselves on the first day of school to encourage theirselves for state testing. They also wrote two goals for the year. The look on their faces when they opened them today was priceless!! They laughed at how far they grew in writing skills!

My kids got brown "E"s for April Fools with an E vocabulary word on it that they had to look up. Of course they got real brownies after! 🤣
