@EzraFBridgers (Cont.) variety is what keeps me solid. I get the ick after trying the same stuff over and over. Wait for a good sale or some promo codes and stock up on MyProtein powders, taste is always good, price is so-so but itโs decent for my lactose intolerance. Mass gain is a huge fight.
@EzraFBridgers If putting on mass is definitely on the list, try casein based protein powders before bed. I had a huge problem with handling the caloric content of some shakes during the day and made it hard to consume more during the day. Whey Isolates tend to help me during the day.
