"I wish I get My voice back someday
Losing my voice was one of the hardest moments of my life. It started like a normal sore throat, but it did not go away. One week became two weeks, then one month became many months, and speaking started to hurt badly.
My vocal cord was inflamed, and acid reflux made it worse. I had performed in Ghana, stressed my voice, and the reflux kept touching the vocal cord. By the time I understood what was happening, things had already become very serious.
I cancelled shows, refunded money, and spent so much on hospitals and doctors. Some people did not understand what I was facing. They thought I was just refusing to perform, but in real life I was fighting for my voice. ”–
