. @AadhiraKay96 We purchased a 16 Ton 65ft Crane (Shakti Brand) delivered on 9 Feb from Uttam Group, Haryana. The machine is underperforming from day one — no pickup, heavy gear noise, can’t climb small bridge, braking issues despite air brakes.

Cheque bounce but amount not refunded ❗
On 7 Oct 2025, ₹5,000 debited from my Bank of Maharashtra current account due to cheque issue, but party never received credit.
3+ months passed, no refund yet.
Please resolve urgently.

I have already followed up multiple times with the branch, but the issue is still unresolved for over 3 months.
I will register the grievance on SPGRS portal as suggested.
Requesting urgent resolution and refund of wrongly debited amount at the earlier
