@WillHillHelp Hi, I’ve had an email saying that you’re sending a withdrawal to my account because it’s inactive. But when I go onto my account, there’s no withdrawal method and it says you’re going to charge me monthly! I can’t see any way to add this without depositing. Cheers.
@BenRX88 @MartinSLewis I kept loads of things too but of course returned things that don’t fit, are of poor quality and faulty! It’s totally ableist. I can’t go out and try clothes on due to my disability. I bought 90% of my clothes from there. It’s so many other brands like Topshop and Miss Selfridge
@rachel_mcfly@kneecoal_ Boohoo did it to me, now asos. This is so wrong when they are an online store. You should be able to return clothe that do not fit.
@ASOS_UK @asos Why am I paying to get free returns just some of the time? This new policy is discrimination. I can’t get to the shop because of my disability. I have to return things because it’s either poor quality or terrible sizing. The tall ranges are mostly online only!
@My5_tv@STUltim8Fan4rum Is there a solution yet? I’ve had this issue since June! I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting my tv, logging in and out. I haven’t been able to use your service for four months. Any ideas? It plays all ads so there’s no network issue.
Please @Tesco sort this out. I have had more messages today than I would expect from people going into your stores finding the recalled products on shelves and having to remove them themselves!! Only to be told by customer service that they don't know anything about the recall. This is very concerning. It might be the weekend but following a gluten free diet is not a choice for many and doesn't just stop on a Friday at 5pm. This should have been sorted straight away!
Remember it's only packets with Best Before 16th December 2023 at present, like is visible in the image, not other dated ones.
