@AlixxaPlays Reading or listening to audiobooks usually puts me to sleep pretty quickly. Also if you force yourself to wake up earlier for a few weeks, you’ll find your body naturally will want to sleep earlier

@Vibezz18 @SupStreamers @SGH_RTs Life’s short, Vibezz, I think we owe it to ourselves to make it all count. A lot of streamers take a break from streaming—I guarantee you’ll be more excited and motivated to get back into it after then, and if not, you’ll know what to do.
