This why it becomes hard to defend each other from other races. We are quick to point disparities of glabalisation but we want to benefit from globalist idea without conforming to its laws. Asians, Europeans, Americans and African all have immigration laws to ensure coersive movement of people and goods, but us, Africans want to move like wild animals in the name of being Africans. I'm not here to defend corruption. I'm trying to make sense of how tenders would be scored here. Because I see more people being employed while water services reaches the greater rural communities.
