Message to Glacier Support
I appreciate the work you’re doing with the airdrop, but there’s a serious issue that needs urgent attention. Many of us are marked as *eligible* for the airdrop, yet currently there’s no secure way to claim if we use a hardware wallet (Ledger) — unless we expose our private key in a hot wallet like Xaman.

Asking users to risk their holdings by importing a private key is unacceptable. Ledger and MetaMask, as well as Ledger and Xumm/Xaman, are widely used setups in the XRP and AVAX communities. Without secure signing support for these, most of your serious long-term holders cannot claim.

If a secure Ledger-compatible signing solution isn’t ready, then the eligibility notice is misleading, because technically we *cannot* claim without compromising security. Please either:
1. Release Ledger-compatible signing support before the claim window ends, **or**
2. Extend the claim window to ensure eligible users aren’t unfairly excluded for prioritizing wallet security.

Nobody should have to compromise their private keys to claim an airdrop.
