For the next 7 days, I’ll trade 3 coins max per day.

If I buy slop, I do 50 pull-ups.

I’ll only buy coins with a decent narrative that I genuinely believe have the potential to become runners.

And when I find them, I’ll HOLD.

All I did was trust my conviction and stop selling coins I believed in just because I was scared of losing profits.

I recommend everyone try this challenge:

Max 4 trades a day.

Only buy coins with a decent narrative that actually fit your strategy.

Be patient. If you have to wait an hour without trading, wait an hour.

Hold the coins you genuinely have conviction in.

If you buy slop, 50 push-ups.

Then try again.

The challenge is over, but the mindset stays. Grateful

I have to respect my risk management. Conviction doesn’t mean risking more than I should.
