We regret to inform you that our team has made the difficult decision to discontinue the development of ScalersDAO. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances affecting several team members, we no longer possess the necessary time and capacity to fulfill our original vision for the project.

From the outset, Scalers was conceived as a solution to the challenges faced by web3 holders, with a focus on project transparency and offering stakeholders the opportunity to participate in the project's growth and success through profit sharing.

While a DAO structure can help address some concerns related to legal compliance with securities laws, we have come to the realization that it would not completely eliminate such risks. Our intention from day one has always been to contribute meaningful solutions to the industry rather than add to its challenges.

Taking these factors into account, we have made the decision to suspend the development of ScalersDAO. We sincerely appreciate the support you all have provided us throughout the past 8+ months. Your encouragement and involvement have been invaluable to our team.

As founders, we have a vision on how these funds can be deployed initially (stay tuned for the release of our DAO charter), but the beauty of the DAO is that members get to completely decide how these funds are used.

Any member can create a proposal that can be voted on by the rest of the DAO and their idea can come to life. Whether that's other investment avenues (more to come on this soon), creations of physical products, or anything that any member can dream up and get passed. ⤵️
