@SwipeWright ALL of which only speaks to the first shot. You completely disregard the two shots fired at point blank range through the open window from the side of the vehicle, now OUT of harms way, killing the victim and recklessly endangering her passenger.

@SwipeWright I would almost guarantee that body cam footage would show the woman's head turned toward the masked man shouting through the window. This would have been visible to the officer who stepped in front of the vehicle which was already in motion, placing *himself* in harm's way.
