A lot happened in a day,
After about fifteen emails with Jacqui from Nebra, threats of legal action and the creation of several twitter accounts, one of which was suspended after an hour.
I was refunded for my purchase of the month of April 2021!

It’s disgusting that @amirhaleem @helium have done nothing about @NebraLtd @shawaj2 behaviour in not refunding customers or supporting returns which is illegal. Every hotspot owner should shut down the network by switching off miners for 7 days or until this matter is resolved.
