taka was crystal clear about his views on the world. for 1.5 years, oor’s entire message has been to think with your own brain, listen to others, and unite through music

but for some reason when taka backs his friend facing an insane wave of cancellation (mind-blowing how ppl think sheeran is worse than trump, putin or netanyahu, and literally compare him to hitler) you immediately dogpiled him as if it’s not blindingly obvious that taka doesn't support the genocide in palestine

how can you even say all of this was fake? maybe you guys are just missing the point completely?

like use your head. there's a lot of evil out there besides gaza so educate yourself too: ppl are dying massively everywhere—millions in congo, ppl trapped under missiles in ukraine, sudan, afghanistan, etc. look how fast everyone stopped caring about venezuela where ppl live with no power and protestors get killed

my nation survived genocide in ww2— the nazis burned entire villages, locking the locals in barns and burning them alive including children so was that a war or genocide? are we seriously nitpicking vocabulary right now?

i can completely understand taka's feelings and his desire to show support publicly. bc i’ve also repeatedly shown support to some of you, only to get hit with a bunch of toxicity from your haters in return. and it's strange to see that you don't understand why taka posted the words of support on his stories. it feels like you care more about the fandom's reputation, just so you don't even indirectly get dragged into the mud that ed sheeran is drowning in rn. that's why you keep stubbornly ignoring the core point of taka's message—he was showing him support bc of how ed handled himself in this whole situation
