It’s mad that there’s still no actual customer service support. I don’t want to have to become a big streamer just for enquiries to actually get seen 🤨

Concerning that false bans can happen so easily, since 99.9% of players don't have the visibility to get them reviewed. Can't say I believe the claim that there's only a handful of false bans/yr.

There has to be a better solution for appealing these things, and better detection

@JustADucck And it’s so bad because if you were to get falsely banned, how do you reach out to them? They’ve got every avenue you’d think you’d be able to contact them through closed off. You shouldn’t have to be a streamer or contact them through Reddit/Discord etc to get their attention 😪
