With folded hands we humbly seek the kind attention of Hon’ble EAM Dr. S. Jaishankar ji @DrSJaishankar and Hon’ble HC Sri Abhishek Singh ji @AmbAbhishekIFS and the Indian High Commission itself @india_nigeria @cgi_lagos

This is a respectful follow-up to our earlier message for which we are still awaiting a response. Today our distress has deepened further. The company has now filed multiple new cases against the three of us, adding to the existing matters. We fear these repeated cases are being filed only to ensure that we remain stuck here in an endless legal fight in Nigeria.

We respectfully submit that these allegations are completely false and we categorically deny them. Despite months of investigation by the company’s internal team, external & forensic auditors, Police and EFCC since September 2025, no concrete evidence has ever been found against us and we remain stranded here for past 6-months now without any resolve of the ongoing situation. OUR LIVES ARE IN DANGER NOW!

At the same time, the company has not paid our salaries for the last 9 months, leaving us completely without resources. Today we are struggling even for basic survival. Our families back in India are also facing the same hardship as we are the sole breadwinners for them.

Our elderly parents are suffering from serious medical ailments that require constant care and support. Our prolonged absence and helpless situation is exposing our families to emotional trauma and the risk of an irreparable loss that we may never forgive ourselves for.

With utmost humility and deep pain in our hearts, we once again plead for compassionate attention and guidance from the Government of India and the Indian High Commission in Abuja. At this moment of extreme distress, even a small intervention from our nation could bring hope and relief to three helpless Indian citizens and their suffering families.
